Dylan is the founder and CEO of Foodini. A former corporate lawyer, he moved into the world of food and technology to solve a problem he suffered from himself - dining out as a celiac. Dylan also chairs a committee for FARE (Food Allergy Research and Education) to support the food allergy community; and was heavily involved in supporting the recent SB 68 legislation which was just signed in California, mandating restaurant labelling on menus.
